@AlbertoMPC try OPL Beta 1.2.0 2049 with Mode 1 and 6.

Dont works with ExFat

I forgot that OPL v1.1.0 is rev1791.
Support for exFAT has been added in rev1879.

rev1879 changelog:

rev1879 - Changed vfat to fatfs. - 2022-06-08 13:24..4e1a3415 - JoseAaronLopezGarcia.

So OPL 2049 should work with exFAT and MX4SIO.

If you have a spare one you can try it.
For now do not buy a new one.

Additionally can you try this version:
https://github.com/rickgaiser/Open-PS2-Loader/releases/tag/latest (OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-2251-304aab2.7z).
Try it with mode 4 (Skip Videos) + mode 6 (Disable IGR).
