[ISSUE]: OPL deleting my cheats

• I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

I downloaded a widescreen cheat and put it on my HDD. After that, I opened the game and it showed a message saying there were no cheats, but when I checked my HDD in LaunchELF, there were no more cheats on my HDD. My HDD is external.
