double[][] vs Complex

JDSP is great! Curious why you return double[][] in some places and Complex[] in others. I'm just now noticing that getOutput in Hilbert returns double[][]. I didn't even know about Complex until using JDSP, but it seems like a great abstraction so I'm trying to use it more.
