Setting up the entire software stack #3
Description
It would be nice to have a single document to point people to on what projects to get and how to set them up to begin working in the PSAS environment. Covering at least:
- Commander
- Telemetry
- LTCComm
- Packet
- virtualenv
- ?
Mostly it would point to the respective project READMEs, but glue them all together in some sane way.
