A few questions about BluetoothA2DPSink

I read this and I don't understand what it does. What means the "auto-reconect" in that context of a A2DP SINK ? My confusion is related to the fact that I don't understand what the Sink has to do with connecting or reconnecting. Normally, doesn't the Source handle the connection? And the Sink just responds to the request?

Should the connection be lost, the Sink is trying to re-connect to the Source it was last connected to.
This has been implemented for the case where the Source does not implement an automatic reconnect...

Does this library is compatible with the latest Arduino-ESP32 framework, version > 3.0 ?
It seems that the default instaled framework version in my Platform IO was 2.0.17. And I want to upgrade...

I don't follow the releases of PlatformIO: Please check the documentation of PlatformIO vs the one provided by this library!

But considering that PlatformIO is usually behind Arduino, I don't see any issue...
