I would suggest we get together to make a set of libraries rather than one library that has shared functionality! We should either put it in P2GX or in some other new group! For instance:

1. integration with variant validator etc
2. integration with MAXO
3. HPOAs (Daniels oboannotation)
4. validation/QC
5. builders/constants
6. JSON output
7. text mining (fenominal)
8. etc.

Then new tools can easily mix and match and need to take only what they need

That makes a lot of sense!

So I think this repo is just for the Variant Validator stuff. It makes sense to get that done first, because me and Rouven need it working for PhenoXtract.

When you're back we can see if the interfaces we create here work for your program as well
