global label rotation 0 or 180, 90 works

Hi I am trying to create global label connection from spreadsheet and encounter an issue then label is not rotated then I position it with move method, rotation is not working only at 180 or 0, 90 degrees works. Am I doing things right? Thanks

I also fail for rotation to have any effect also with (non-global) labels ; did not try on components.

I'd appreciate if there was a rotate() method
