Support "filtering" submissions

ATM a user is presented with a list of records that will be submitted (on submit). it would be good, if that list could be filtered (ie. remove some items).

Use case: I created a record among many that I have second thoughts about. I want to submit all but this one. ATM this is not possible. I either have to submit all of them, or throw all work away.

Some design notes...

shacl-vue keeps track (globally) of the created and edited records via the nodesToSubmit array, which is of the form:

It'll be simple to just duplicate this array and then have a checkbox selector for each record in the duplicated nodesToSubmit array, to allow the user to (un)select the records individually (and select all/none). It is important to then use the correct, i.e. duplicated+updated, array during submission.

The assumption is also that any unselected records will be deleted from the browser-local graph store after submission.

One challenge is: what to do with existing links to unselected records. My first thought is that they (the associated quads) should likely be removed from the graph store before submission, so that the submitted record doesn't reference a non-existing other record; i.e. we should avoid dangling references. However, what if the referenced record was edited (i.e. not created) in the browser, and the user decides that they don't want to submit the edited record, but still submit a different record that references the edited record. In this case one wouldn't want to delete that reference, since it is still valid (not dangling). This means we need to introduce a few checks and balances.
