Update versions of Python, Tensorflow and Keras #2

Hello,
since Python 2 is quite outdated, I would suggest to upgrade the code to Python 3.
An environment.yml file or requirements.txt file would also be helpful to list all required dependencies.
I will draft a Pull Request for this issue.
