hello i was assisting someone with their panel having issues i had asked them if the panel was installed properlly via the documents and they said yes it was followed and installed with the website (https://pterodactyl.io) and then we still couldnt work out what was the issue so i resorted to the Pterodactyl Official Discord and there it was Deemed the Panel was not installed corectly and was used by a 3rd party installer and i was typing to explain it wasnt my install and that i was just assisting and i received a ban may i please be unbanned because my panel is installed correctly and i have proven that before with someone in the panel-help channel
