Purpose of reverse proxy configuration in docs

Hello!
What is the purpose of the recommended nginx reverse proxy config of:

proxy_redirect off;
proxy_buffering off;
proxy_request_buffering off;

And what are equivalents in other reverse proxies?

Why pterodactyl uses proxy_redirect off; is easy to see, but do you know why it requires:

proxy_buffering off;
proxy_request_buffering off;

? Those I don't understand why pterodactyl requires, especially for the panel..

So to translate to haproxy for example:

• proxy_request_buffering off; -> no option http-buffer-request
• proxy_redirect off; -> dont use https://docs.haproxy.org/3.1/configuration.html#4.2-redirect%20location
• proxy_buffering off; -> not sure, but i think thats approx the default behaviour of haproxy. I haven't found any option, except maybe no-delay but the docs heavily indicate that requiring that is abnormal behaviour..
