Feture Request: Custom docker flags.

Being able to specify custom flags to for example make a privileged container or to add capabilities. This was already picked up by #567 but apparently nerver implemented.

We would like to pass over custom flags like environment variables to the container, eg.docker run -e MY_ENV that would make things easier for us.

I dont mean startup commands. I want to add more flags to the real docker command. Like --privileged or --cap-add=SYS_ADMIN.

@QBos07 do you have specific flags in mind (and why they'd be helpful), and I assume you'd want to define these flags on an egg level?

For me it is --privileged to allow use of Transparent Huge Pages for Minecraft. But I can also see how for example the capability options could be useful. Egg level makes sense for most of the docker flags.
