Caching dynarec blocks

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is currently implemented, but I was thinking it would be a good idea to store translated blocks on disk cache (which is what Rosetta does) for performance.

Computing a hash and mmapping the file into the process is probably way faster than having to translate each time.

Late answer but this is done now box64: it's name DynaCache and will save geenrated code to disk for later re-used. It's a per-file and er dynarec option cache.
