［BOX64］［BOX86］steam eats too much RAM

hardware：rk3399
box64/86 from piapps，seems it also installed “rk3399-box64” package i dont know this matters

as title，steam costs about 6gb of RAM just for the client，is this normal？

Well, it's a know limitation. There has been some work to reduce memory used, but it's still on-going.
