AutoConfig keep saying "waiting for the database server to respond"

1)My selfmad AR filter disappeared from Snap Camera
2)So I deleted everything and installed again (Thought this would solve the problem)
3)And now I am stuck at this phase
AutoConfig keep saying "waiting for the database server to respond"

Is the mysql container running or not?
If the container is not running there should be an error message,
If it is running it might need some additional time to complete.
