I only have one usable filter

Hello there,

I tried what were written here. I followed the steps and I even had to watch youtube to check how to use Python, Pip, and Windows Powershell. Even after doing all of those, I can't use any filters except the cartoon face.

According to the others, I just need to reinstall and redo everything, from patching the snap cam, to making a docker container, and the filters aren't still working.

I tried the Snap Lens Tool but I can't even open it even after copying and pasting those commands. I'm so lost. What am I doing wrong? I just wanna use this app and it's been 12 hours and I still can't make it work even after following the steps. Please help me.
