How do i get adminer back in my containers?

my pc crashed and i had to start over, i can't seem to be able to access adminer and im assuming its because its not present in my docker containers. i guess what im asking is how do i get adminer as a container on docker and also be able to log into the adminer website.

try running this inside your snapcamera folder using terminal: docker compose --profile adminer up
