"Light Eyes" filter by Snapchat stuck loading on Snap Camera, but nothing happens. Can somebody add or fix it?

Hey friends,

I've been trying to get the Light Eyes Snapchat filter working, but to no avail. I've tried almost everything, but it keeps showing it's loading only, and it's stuck loading forever each time. It seems as though it's half corrupt on snap camera. Can somebody get it fixed? This is the link to it on Snapchat:
