[Server]: Signature patch does not allow me to use lenses via URL

I believe the intent for the patch is to allow us to pull lenses from snapchat.com/lens but after the patch I cannot use any of the lenses found on there.

Steps to Reproduce

I have followed the prerequisites. I start snapcamera.exe and then in the search bar paste the URL of the lense I want to use from snapchat.com/lens and it does not find it.
