Intransparent and failing URL validation #250
Description
It seems that the form validation fails when the validation of URLs cannot be completed, for example when CORS errors occur. Neither a field is highlighted nor any useful error message printed. That means the user is stuck with a form that fails validation but does not indicate how to proceed.

It would be nice if the YAML is generated anyways to just save the progress.
