Conflict with Security plugin

I'm currently trying to set up the login redirect for page(s) that are restricted to everyone except selected users.

I am using siteground's security plugin to obfuscate my default login page. It appears to tokenize and append my login url of ?sgs-token=CUSTOMURLHERE after the default login url; however, this appears to break the plugin's ability to redirect to a login page.

Because site ground is tokenizing the default login page, it doesnt actually exist as a page within my webiste. As such, I'm unable to select redirect to a custom page as an option.

What is the best way to handle this situation to enable redirects to and from the restricted page, to the login, back to the restricted page?
