Allow presenters to ack/reject their talks via web interface #223
Description
Once my talk is accepted, as a presenter or co-presenter, I should be able to acknowledge or reject my attendance via the web interface.
At the moment, this ack/reject needs to be manually done by the papers team after receiving email acks/nacks. This is too cumbersome.
