Due to relinking activity and potential staff activity not reflected in SCSB (i.e., withdrawing an item without deaccessioning the item), SCSB's items can become out of sync with Alma.

As a manager of physical inventory, I want to know all instances where there is a mismatch between SCSB and Alma so that I can correct the data, deaccessioning items as necessary.

SCSB has the following pieces of information in its full dumps:

• Alma MMS ID
• Barcode
• Customer Code
• CGD
• Call Number

Therefore, this report can only highlight discrepancies in those areas.

Acceptance criteria

• Produce a report of items in SCSB that are not in Alma with the following data
  • Barcode
  • MMS ID in SCSB
  • Customer Code
  • CGD
  • Call Number
• Produce a report of items in SCSB that have a discrepancy in the MMS ID or the customer code with the following data
  • Barcode
  • Customer Code in SCSB
  • CGD in SCSB
  • MMS ID in SCSB
  • MMS ID in Alma
  • Holding ID in Alma
  • Item ID in Alma
  • Customer Code derived from Alma location
