Summary
Throughout the creation of sites like the blog and new package page, there's a few elements there that I think should live here to allow them to be more easily used across the board.
Since between these other sites there's been quite a bit of duplication I think it'd make sense to make those available here as alternative classes or something.
Especially elements like the footer, and header actions. (Really we also need to add the footer to this site too)
What benefits does this feature provide?
Simplifies the creation and maintaining of all of our sites, since we'd have a more in depth central CSS stylesheet to rely on
Any alternatives?
The status quo, which may cause new sites to need to "re-invent the wheel" slightly more when they don't have too.
