[spell-check] Case-sensitive Known Words with exclamation marks don't work

Hello.

I'm trying to use spell-check bundled plugin instead of the old linter-spell

"Known Words" don't work with !, although it's in description.

What behavior:

I have such configuration options:

And there are still offenses:

If I choose "Add to Known Words" — it always adds without ! (but it should, or at least we should have a separate list item for this).

If I have manually entered word started with ! — it's in suggestions, lol.

If I don't — there are no offenses:

I see the first part of the option description works: if a word has capitals — it's case-sensitive:

But exclamation mark definitely should work, especially for cases like "GitHub" (not "Github" nor "github").

And the list items to add case-sensitive should be there as a suggestion.

Well, this seems like something that never worked properly, or else regressed in the Atom days. We certainly haven't done anything that would regress this.
