chore: remove temporary files and outdated artifacts

Clean up development artifacts and temporary files that are no longer needed:

Removed Files:
- Temporary execution binaries and test runners
- Rust compiler ICE (Internal Compiler Error) reports
- Debug execution artifacts and WAST test files
- Outdated documentation and status files
- Temporary compilation artifacts

Files Removed:
- comprehensive_wast_runner and related binaries
- Multiple rustc-ice crash reports from development
- debug_execution.wast and test execution artifacts
- wasm_execution_status.md and wast_test_report.json
- Outdated README files and test syntax artifacts

This cleanup ensures the repository contains only current, relevant files
and eliminates development artifacts that accumulated during the resource
management system migration.
