PF resources with DynamicType attribute error with "DynamicPseudoType is not supported"

What happened?

PF resources with a DynamicType attribute produce this error on preview after they are created.

This seems to have regressed in #2945 - could also be a pre-existing bug uncovered there. The commit before does not exhibit the same behaviour.

This issue has been addressed in PR #3098 and shipped in release v3.109.0.
