Prettier not defined and Error saving file: recieved promise

After installing the prettier I encountered error at index.js line 87 on saving the file invalid data type. recieved promise.

btw this this proj. Im trying to retrieve the original is converted into hybrid package supports imports and requires. I used tsc CLI to do that.
