Revert "Merge pull request #84 from AriaXLi/PA-5805/windows_support_sshkeys"

This reverts commit cb6dcb5, reversing
changes made to c7d5955. More work than
previously estimated is needed to to add Windows support in this module. See
PA-6287 for more information.
