App Rate plugin is not having the arabic support and need customization to keep it more dynamic. #336

Hi Team,
We have installed cordova app rate plugin and we are facing the below issues.
- Buttons are getting rendered horizontally for arabic and vertically for english in android.
- Arabic text rendering is incorrect and its not rendering properly from right to left .
- Few symbols (Like exclamatory symbol is getting rendered in reverse direction).
- Please provide additional configuration parameters to make it compatible with different languages.
