notification:clicked on closed app + Button Label

Hey, I'm having a Problem when the app is completly closed and I recieve a notification. Once I click, it doesn't seem to fire said event and it doesnt redirect me to the required detail site I pass on in payload. 

Also, when I recieve the notification while being inside the app, the prompt has english button labels (Cancel / Open), how to localize those??
