Update uiweb package in DApp

Update the package version in DApp to @pushprotocol/uiweb@2.0.0-exp.11 to test the sdk change for chat message type GIF

Steps to Test:

1. Send a GIF message from the mobile app to the DApp.
2. Verify the message in the DApp's chat module. If the GIF message is displayed correctly, consider the functionality working.
3. Send a GIF message from the DApp back to the mobile app and verify that it displays correctly in the mobile app.
