Automate Image Update

Used Image in module is built with the module in ci/.

• Replace latest in the helm module with a fix version/tag.
• Add a workflow that builds, tests and pushes it with a new version when the containerfile changes. Make an MR with the new tag in the helm module.
• Make renovat also update the tools, not only the base image.
• For testing, the helm module could be extended with an optional parameter providing the image to use.
