We already have local molecule tests, but they are not used in CI. Since the default github-runner is not supporting nested virtualization, it was not possible before. So now that we have a self-hosted runner, it is time to enable these tests in CI.

Create a new stage in CI for molecule tests, which run on the self-hosted runner
