Problem
using much more CPU when scrolling when recolor is set.
Steps to reproduce
Arch linux
Hyprland 0.53.3 built from branch v0.53.3 at commit dd220efe7b1e292415bd0ea7161f63df9c95bfd3 clean (version: bump to 0.53.3).
Date: Sat Jan 24 20:02:06 2026

open some pdf (consider zooming in for more lag) and try to scroll on J and K
with no recolor there is some but not so critical CPU load
press Ctlr-R to enable recolor
with recolor there is much more CPU load
(CPU load was monitored with Btop)
Expected behavior
to not have so much more lag with recolor
