Incredible idea: featured memes for dojos

We currently have a memes channel, but every once in a while, an amazing very-content-specific meme gets posted to the channel of a dojo (e.g., the specific forum post of a community dojo). It should be possible for dojo sensei to use an emoji response to allow that meme to be featured on the pwn.college/dojo/blah site itself somehow!!!
