Add footer, header, task list, and weather widget components

- Implemented Footer component with copyright notice.
- Created Header component with navigation links and dark mode toggle.
- Developed TaskList component for managing tasks with add and delete functionality.
- Added WeatherWidget component to fetch and display current weather data for New York.
