BUG: Astropy affiliated badge is not rendering on astropy packages

Similar to #525 astropy packages should have an astropy-affiliated badge that renders on them similar to what sunpy has. For some reason, this is not rendering properly. The data are correct in the pacakges.yml file as far as i can see?
