Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Python Package Structure for Scientific Python Projects page
2. Click on the green button that says 'Want to learn how to create the structure to build your package? Click here.' (links to https://www.pyopensci.org/tutorials/installable-code.html#step-1-set-up-the-package-directory-structure)
3. See 'page not found' error

Expected behavior
Navigate to intended page.
