BUG: New contriubtors listing on landing page should list 3 instead of 4 people so it visually fits on the page #672
Description
If you visit the home page, the new contributors section is large, and four cards don't fit in the new contributors section.
A fix would be to make the styling for this grid smaller so it renders, and then let's just do the recent 3 people. Below is what it currently looks like. It's disproportionally large!
