Offline usage, diarization access broken with HuggingFace?

I am very interested in speaker-diarization. Yesterday I downloaded pyannote.audio, obtained a token from HuggingFace and it worked. I have a couple of questions.

1. Most importantly now, it appears the HuggingFace tokens no longer work
2. How can diarization be done offline?

I rotated my token and created a brand new token but this still is no longer functional.
My variable really is called "ACCESS_TOKEN", just in case that is a question from the debug output

Please assist.

I have the same problem. I frow the readme to create accept user conditions and create an access token. But the api still not work.

I had already uninstalled and reinstalled.
Installing the most recent version PLUS accepting both the diarization and segmentation agreements resolve my issue.

thanks,my pervious torch version is 1.10. 0. the pyannote-audio 2.1 need the higher torch version
