What is difference between pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1and pyannoteAI?

Hi. I want to know the difference between pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1 and pyannoteAI for deciding which one I should use. The following page
https://huggingface.co/pyannoteAI/speaker-diarization-precision
says to use pyannote/speaker-diarization-3.1 as paynnoteAI. This makes me confusing.

What makes the difference in DER about 3.1 vs pyannoteAI? Or probably it came from the difference of training data?
