Hi,

Firstly thank you very much for making your work available.

I am currently following the tutorial step by step, and at the step "overlap detextion" I have two problems :

1. The "$ tensorboard --logdir=${EXP_DIR}" is not working, it shows the error

2. At the validation of this same step there is these instructions "$ export VAL_DIR=${TRN_DIR}/validate_detection_fscore/AMI.SpeakerDiarization.MixHeadset.development
   $ cat ${VAL_DIR}/params.yml" but I don't find params.yml anywhere, is there a new document?
