Why can't I make firearm magazine by handcraft. #1432

What is the problem?
It can be made at BAM or Automated factory, but CHARACTER CANNOT make it by handcraft.
Generally, recipe which can be processed at BAM or automated factory and includes one or more fluids can't be used by handcraft. But firearm magazine doesn't include fluid.
other similar items can be made by handcraft.
Thus I can't guess that this is from intentional and profound reason.
Isn't it bug?
