Experiment termination condition with drive cycle

I am running into an issue that I am unsure about when using a drive cycle in an experiment. It seems like the termination condition might not work with a drive cycle? I get the following error:
Experiment is infeasible: 'event: Zero electrolyte concentration cut-off' was triggered during 'Run use_cycle (A) '. The returned solution only contains the first 0 cycles. Try reducing the current, shortening the time interval, or reducing the period.

Which makes me think the termination condition isn't being checked during the drive cycle. Is this the case, or is my syntax incorrect so that the termination condition is only checked after drive cycle?

If someone could let me know how to run an experiment with a drive cycle that might go beyond the batteries operating capacity so that the drive cycle is terminated early if the voltage cuts-off is hit, I would be very grateful.

experiment = pybamm.Experiment( ["Run use_cycle (A) "], termination = "2.8 V", drive_cycles = {"use_cycle": cycle}, )

I've also tried

experiment = pybamm.Experiment( ["Run use_cycle (A) until 2.8 V"], drive_cycles = {"use_cycle": cycle}, )

which results in the same issue, as does using a capacity percentage for the termination condition.

Any insight would be very helpful and appreciated!
