Installation problem in workstation

I am interested to try installation of PyBamm in my local linux machine version Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS (Xenial Xerus).
I have already python 3 as installed. Followinf installation process, upon typing;
virtualenv env
I get the following message:

it seems there is a conflict for python2 and python 3...? How can I solve this issue. Thanks

This is not a pybamm issue, try googling the error message ImportError: cannot import name _remove_dead_weakref, there are a few stackoverflow results. Sounds like your python environments are getting degraded
