Adjusting Cell Resistance Parameters

Hello, I am trying to simulate heat generation based on discharge power data to compare different cells and varying cooling solutions. Two cells I want to compare have similar chemistries but different DC resistances, 9 mOhm vs 13 mOhm. What is the best way to adjust parameters to account for this difference?

I am experimenting with Chen2020 since these cells are very similar to the LG M50 in this paper. I only have basic datasheet info and am not sure how it will translate to these model parameters. I am new to this and would appreciate any advice :)

Also, I only have power and time in my data. I found an example for making a current interpolant. Is there a similar method for a power interpolant?
