How to consider the battery ramp-up effect in battery aging simulation?

If I want to evaluate the impact of different design parameters on the ramp-up performance of the cell, how should I modify the base model in PyBaMM by adding settings or additional correction factors to achieve this?
Currently, we consider changes in electrode material radius and porosity due to activation during the first few dozen cycles. These parameters vary with cycling in the initial stages. However, the duration of this process at different temperatures is manually specified, making it highly random. Is it possible to link this to internal parameters instead?
