diffusion-limited SEI model

Hi pybamm team,

I am trying to use the "diffusion-limited" SEI model in Pybamm, is it the "Two-layer diffusion-limited SEI growth model" mentioned in Dr.O'kane's paper "Lithium-ion battery degradation: how to model it"? If so, is the initial thickness of inner and outer SEI layer a half of the "initial SEI thickness" parameter in Pybamm?
