Problem description

pybind11 3.0.0 uses deprecated numpy.bool dtype.

This type is deprecated since numpy==1.2.0: bool should be used instead (see here)

This was also mentioned in this pybind11-stubgen PR sizmailov/pybind11-stubgen#263

Looking at the documentation the minimum supported numpy is 1.7+ and the deprecations happen in 1.20. Now this may no longer be accurate since the oldest version I could find in CI is 1.21.6. I would gladly update the types when either the minimum version is bumped to 1.20 in the docs or if numpy actually winds up removing the types at runtime.
